7-day hold & commission approval

• Every commission first enters a HOLD status for a 7-day review period after the qualifying event is recorded.
• After the hold, a commission may be released and become eligible (payable) — or rejected — following our review.
• Casino House Group has the sole right to approve or refuse any commission at its discretion, including for quality, compliance, fraud risk, operator feedback, or programme integrity.
• Held or rejected commissions are not withdrawable. Only approved, released commissions count toward your eligible balance.

Payouts

• Minimum withdrawal: $500 in eligible (released) balance.
• Payment method: USDT on the Ethereum network (ERC-20) only, to a wallet address you provide in the bot. No other assets, networks, or payment methods are supported.
• Payout schedule: withdrawals that meet the minimum and pass verification are processed on Thursdays (subject to network conditions, holidays, and compliance checks).
• Balances below the minimum remain in your account until you reach the threshold (or until otherwise stated in the bot).
• You are responsible for providing a correct ERC-20 USDT address. We are not liable for funds sent to an incorrect address, an unsupported network, or a non-USDT asset you selected by mistake.
• We may withhold, reverse, or adjust commissions that are fraudulent, duplicate, non-qualifying, charged back / cancelled by an operator, or refused under our approval rights.

Prohibited practices

The following are strictly forbidden. Violations may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and permanent bans:

• Fake users, bots, scripts, farms, or automated sign-ups
• Duplicate, multi, or self-referral accounts
• Purchased, incentivised, or low-quality traffic intended solely to inflate joins
• Cookie stuffing, forced redirects, malware, phishing, or misleading claims
• Brand bidding / trademark misuse that impersonates Casino House Group, operators, or regulators
• Any traffic from restricted jurisdictions or promotion to minors (under 18, or higher where required)
• Manipulation of tracking, deposits, KYC, or bonus abuse to generate artificial CPA events

Affiliate Programme Terms of Use

By joining the Casino House Gateway Affiliate Programme ("Programme"), you ("Affiliate", "you") agree to these terms, the bot's in-app rules, and the website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of Casino House Group. If you do not agree, do not join or continue using the Programme.

1. Nature of the Programme

Casino House Group operates an information and marketing platform and the Casino House Gateway Telegram bot. The Programme allows approved affiliates to refer new bot users via unique tracking links. We are not a casino operator, do not accept player deposits on our own behalf, and do not guarantee that any casino, bonus, or payment will be available in every country.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher), have legal capacity to enter contracts, and not be prohibited by law from participating in affiliate marketing for gambling-related products. We may accept, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate application or account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, where reasonably required for compliance, fraud prevention, or programme integrity.

3. Registration and account

Participation is managed inside the Telegram bot. You must provide accurate information, keep your Telegram account secure, and not share affiliate credentials or referral links in a way that breaks tracking integrity. One natural person or legal entity should maintain one primary affiliate identity unless we expressly approve otherwise. We may request identity, tax, or wallet verification before approving withdrawals.

4. Referral link and tracking

Your unique link attributes new bot users and subsequent qualifying events to your account according to our tracking systems. Attribution windows, deduplication rules, geo filters, and fraud checks are determined by us and may be updated. We are not liable for lost commissions caused by blocked Telegram clients, user VPN/proxy behaviour, ad blockers, deleted accounts, or third-party platform outages outside our reasonable control.

5. Commission structure

Commissions may include (a) a reward for each valid new bot user acquired via your link, and (b) a CPA reward when a referred user completes defined qualifying actions — typically registering for an available bonus offer and making a first-time deposit that meets the casino's and our Programme criteria.

Live amounts, eligible countries, offer lists, and qualification definitions are displayed in the bot and supersede illustrative figures on this page. We may change commission amounts, CPA values, eligibility rules, and Programme economics at any time while the Programme is running ("on the fly"), with or without prior notice, by updating the bot and/or this page. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance.

6. Hold period, review, and discretionary approval

All commissions enter a HOLD status for seven (7) days from recording for quality, fraud, compliance, and operator validation checks. During HOLD, amounts are visible for tracking but are not eligible for withdrawal.

After the hold period, Casino House Group may release a commission so it becomes eligible, extend the hold if further review is needed, or refuse/cancel the commission entirely. The company has the absolute right to approve or reject any commission according to its own judgment and commercial discretion, and is not obliged to pay amounts it has not expressly approved.

An event recorded by tracking does not create an automatic payment obligation. Only approved, released commissions form your eligible balance. Rejected, reversed, or clawed-back commissions create no debt owed to you.

7. Valid traffic and marketing standards

You must promote the bot and offers lawfully and responsibly. Marketing must not target minors, use deceptive "risk-free / guaranteed win" claims, conceal affiliate relationships where disclosure is required, or violate Telegram, platform, advertising, consumer-protection, or gambling-marketing rules in any territory you reach. You are solely responsible for the channels you use and for obtaining any licences or registrations required for your promotional activity.

8. Restricted jurisdictions and compliance

Gambling-related promotions are heavily regulated. You must not knowingly target countries or users where such marketing or gambling is illegal, or where the relevant offers are not available. We and our partner operators may geo-block users. Commissions are only payable for traffic and events we deem valid, approved, and compliant. You agree to cooperate with reasonable compliance requests.

9. Fraud, chargebacks, and clawbacks

We monitor for abuse. If we reasonably believe that referrals, deposits, or bonus claims are fraudulent, non-genuine, duplicated, incentivised in breach of these terms, or later reversed/charged back by an operator or payment provider, we may void related commissions (including after release), deduct previously paid amounts from future balances, freeze withdrawals, and terminate your account. Our fraud and approval determinations are final for Programme purposes, without prejudice to mandatory rights that cannot be waived.

10. Payments (USDT ERC-20, Thursdays)

Withdrawals require an eligible (released) balance of at least $500 (unless the bot states a different threshold), successful verification, and a valid USDT ERC-20 wallet address. Payment is made exclusively in USDT on Ethereum (ERC-20). We do not pay in fiat, other cryptocurrencies, or on other chains (including TRC-20, BEP-20, or Solana).

Eligible withdrawal requests that are approved are processed on Thursdays. We may skip, delay, or batch a Thursday run for network congestion, blockchain outages, public holidays, compliance review, or force majeure. Gas/network fees, exchange spreads, and tax obligations are yours. We are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address you supplied.

Unclaimed or inactive balances may be handled under applicable law and Programme policy if an account is inactive or terminated for cause. Held commissions never become payable solely by the passage of time if they are refused or voided during or after review.

11. Taxes

You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations arising from Programme earnings in your jurisdiction. We may request tax information where required by law and may withhold amounts if legally obliged to do so.

12. Intellectual property and branding

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use approved Programme materials and brand references solely to promote the bot under these terms. You may not register domains, social handles, ads, or apps that impersonate Casino House Group, Casino House Gateway, or partner brands. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

13. Independent contractor; no assignment

You participate as an independent contractor / independent marketer. Nothing in these terms creates employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency. You may not bind Casino House Group or make unauthorised commitments on our behalf. You may not assign, sell, or transfer your affiliate account or unpaid commissions without our prior written consent. We may assign the Programme to an affiliate or successor.

14. Confidentiality and data

Non-public Programme details, conversion data, commercial terms, and technical tracking information are confidential. You may not disclose them except as required by law or with our prior written consent. You must not misuse personal data of referred users and must comply with applicable privacy and anti-spam rules in your marketing.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

The Programme, bot, tracking, offers, and related services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free tracking, specific earnings, approval of any commission, or continued availability of any casino offer. Third-party casinos set their own terms; players must satisfy operator KYC, bonus, and deposit rules independently of your referral.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casino House Group and its operators, directors, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from the Programme. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Programme shall not exceed the commissions actually paid to you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Casino House Group from claims, losses, fines, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your marketing practices, unlawful traffic, misrepresentation, IP infringement, or breach of these terms or applicable law.

18. Suspension and termination

You may stop participating at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach, suspected fraud, legal risk, or Programme discontinuation. On termination for cause, unpaid, held, and eligible balances may be forfeited. On termination without cause, validated eligible commissions above the withdrawal minimum may be paid in USDT ERC-20 on a subsequent Thursday subject to verification and clawback rights; held commissions may still be refused.

19. Changes to terms and amounts

Casino House Group reserves the right to change these Terms of Use, Programme rules, commission amounts, CPA values, hold duration, minimum withdrawal, payout day, supported assets/networks, and any other commercial condition at any time while the Programme is operating, with immediate effect upon publication in the bot and/or on this page. No individual notice is required. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. If you disagree, you must stop promoting and request account closure; held or future commissions remain subject to the rules in force when we process them.

20. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including blockchain network failures, exchange or wallet provider outages, Telegram disruptions, war, sanctions, regulatory action, or natural disasters.

21. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These terms, together with in-bot Programme rules and Casino House Group's website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement for the Programme and supersede prior discussions about affiliate commissions.

22. Governing law and disputes

These Programme terms are governed by the laws applicable to Casino House Group's operations, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise. Courts with competent jurisdiction over Casino House Group shall have exclusive venue for disputes, subject to any non-waivable protections.
