Editorial Independence
How Casino House Group maintains editorial integrity despite affiliate partnerships and commercial relationships in the iGaming industry.
1. Our commitment
Readers trust us only if our reviews are honest. Casino House Group commits to publishing accurate, balanced casino reviews regardless of commercial relationships. Negative findings are reported when warranted; positive scores must be earned through our published methodology.
2. Affiliate commissions
Casino House Group participates in affiliate programmes. When you register or deposit at a casino through our links, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. This funds our research, hosting, translation, and editorial operations.
Important: affiliate commissions do not:
- Increase a casino’s editorial score
- Guarantee placement in “top casino” lists
- Remove or soften cons, warnings, or low scores
- Prevent us from reviewing casinos we do not partner with
3. How rankings are decided
Default casino listing order prioritises editorial score, player rating, and relevance to the reader’s region. Commercial partnerships may affect which “Visit Casino” buttons appear in promotional modules, but not the underlying editorial verdict or score displayed on the review page.
4. Separation of editorial and commercial teams
Our editorial researchers and scoring editors do not negotiate affiliate deals. Commercial partnerships are managed separately. No affiliate manager may request score changes, removal of cons, or preferential ranking in exchange for revenue.
5. Paid content and sponsorship
If we ever publish clearly labelled sponsored content, it will be visually distinct from editorial reviews and will not use our editorial scoring system. Standard casino reviews are never pay-to-play.
6. Gifts, trips, and operator access
We do not accept all-expenses-paid trips, undisclosed gifts, or exclusive preview access that could compromise impartiality. If an operator provides test-account access for research, this is documented internally and does not guarantee a positive review.
7. Corrections and complaints
Operators may request factual corrections (e.g. updated licence number, new payment method). We verify all requests against primary sources before updating. We do not change editorial scores solely because an operator disputes them — but we will re-evaluate if new evidence is provided.
