GeoComply and FanDuel have been collaborating for over 13 years now.

In a press release, FanDuel President Christian Genetski stated that FanDuel will continue to utilize GeoComply's technology for fraud prevention, customer protection, and platform integrity. This partnership will also support age verification and advanced customer verification practices, resulting in a more compliant and enhanced user experience. GeoComply CEO Kip Levin expressed his satisfaction with the partnership as well, highlighting the progress both companies have made from serving just one regulated state to now covering the entire regulated gambling market. Levin noted, What's fascinating is what we've developed together beyond those initial measures: fraud and abuse detection, seamless authentication, and market insights, all crucial for operators to maintain compliance on a large scale.

GeoComply's services are an integral part of the operators' critical infrastructure.

GeoComply has long been the go-to expert in geolocation and fraud prevention for companies in various sectors, including FanDuel’s main competitor, DraftKings. Recently, DraftKings and GeoComply extended their partnership, emphasizing the tech company’s ability to deliver impeccable service. Levin has previously commented that companies emphasizing enhanced geolocation intelligence are the ones likely to maintain a competitive edge, calling it critical trust infrastructure. Earlier this year, GeoComply announced layoffs impacting 80 jobs, stating the move was part of an effort to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
