Brightstar Lottery maintains growth trajectory after rebranding
The change, now in effect, allows the company to build on its strong legacy of delivering engaging experiences and assisting lottery customers worldwide in their growth. Operating as Brightstar Lottery, the company will continue to provide its innovative, scalable, and reliable solutions to lottery operators globally. Brightstar Lottery supports operators' retail offerings and provides a comprehensive range of digital systems and technology solutions, including games. These solutions help lottery operators modernize, enhance, and expand their offerings responsibly and sustainably. This rebranding precedes the completion of the sale of IGT's Gaming and Digital Business to a holding company owned by funds managed by Apollo Global Management affiliates, Voyager Parent, LLC. This sale is expected to be finalized as soon as July 1, 2025. Upon the completion of this acquisition, Brightstar Lottery aims to be a premier pure play lottery business designed to elevate lotteries and inspire players, according to an IGT press release. Currently, Brightstar Lottery operates on six continents and serves nearly 90 lottery operators. The company powers seven of the world's ten largest lotteries and provides technology to 26 of the 46 lottery jurisdictions in the United States.
