Intralot achieved several important objectives
Sokratis P. Kokkalis, Chairman of Intralot, stated: Intralot’s first-quarter 2025 results feature revenue growth, generation of free cash flow, stable profitability, and continued debt reduction, which has brought our net debt leverage ratio to 2.4x. Additionally, he highlighted recent strategic achievements by the company. In early April, Intralot's subsidiary in New Zealand partnered with the country's Department of Internal Affairs (DIA). Together, they signed a six-year contract extension, with an option for an additional year, to deliver Intralot's Electronic Monitoring System (EMS) solution for Class 4 non-casino electronic gaming machines. This partnership is set to continue through 2032, with the possibility of a further year extension. Later in April, Intralot expanded its presence in the United States. This was accomplished through its US subsidiary, Intralot, Inc., which collaborated with the New Hampshire Lottery Commission. This seven-year partnership ensures that Intralot will continue providing the Commission with its cutting-edge technology and services until September 2033. Founded in 1992, the gaming solutions provider and operator is active in 39 jurisdictions worldwide. Employing nearly 2,000 people globally, Intralot is committed to delivering quality and innovative solutions tailored to the needs of its clients in the lottery and gaming sectors. These services also help generate funds for charitable causes.
