Lopesan Hotel Group, a family-run business with decades of experience, is continuing its expansion. On Tuesday, the company proudly opened its doors to the first guests at its three new resorts in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
Three new resorts promise supreme experiences
Lopesan Hotel Group's recent launch of three new hotel and casino resorts marks a $350 million investment and adds over 1,000 new hotel rooms to their Dominican Republic offerings. With these openings, visitors to Punta Cana can now experience Lopesan Caoba Lagoon Resort Spa and Casino, Lopesan Serenity Bay Spa and Casino, and Lopesan Splash Cove Spa and Casino. Each resort boasts a distinctive identity, offering unparalleled entertainment, gaming, and hospitality experiences. These new destinations underscore Lopesan Hotel Group’s substantial commitment to the local community. The projects initially created around 700 jobs, with the number expected to exceed 1,100 as the complex reaches full operational capacity. The company also plans to achieve AAA Four Diamond Recognition for its new Punta Cana resorts, just as it did for the Lopesan Costa Bavaro Resort Spa and Casino.
Each new resort is centered around a unique theme
Carlos Jimenez, the Caribbean Regional Director at Lopesan, shared insights into the company’s ongoing expansion efforts. This expansion represents a pivotal moment for Lopesan Hotel Group in the Caribbean and underscores our ongoing commitment to investing in Punta Cana, a key luxury travel destination in the region, he stated. Jimenez also highlighted, We are truly excited to welcome our first guests and offer a unique resort experience that redefines the modern all-inclusive concept. Lopesan Splash Cove is a family-friendly water-focused resort featuring distinct amenities such as a wave pool and water park, offering 242 rooms along with various entertainment and sports programs. Conversely, Lopesan Serenity Bay caters to adults only, offering peaceful pool settings, exclusive dining options, and luxurious accommodations across its 239 hotel rooms, complemented by entertainment and nightlife options. Lastly, Lopesan Caoba Lagoon delivers one of Punta Cana’s most visually striking hospitality experiences, boasting a 127-meter lagoon pool with unique design elements inspired by nature and 10 waterfalls. This venue features 554 hotel rooms and a Lopesan Convention Center capable of hosting up to 2,000 guests, ideal for conferences, meetings, and special events. A standout feature of Lopesan’s new project is The Boulevard, an open-air promenade that seamlessly connects the resort facilities. Rather than serving merely as a row of shops, The Boulevard is designed to function more like a modern town center, according to the Group. Visitors can enjoy a wide array of amenities, including a theater, nightlife options, casino, shops, and other entertainment venues.
