His experience is further enriched by his position on the Board of Directors for LeoVegas and BetMGM. Before joining MGM Resorts, Fritz honed his skills and insight at global powerhouses like McKinsey & Company and Expedia. Ayesha Molino is a powerhouse in her own right, with significant executive experience at MGM Resorts. With a JD from George Washington University Law School and a BA from the University of California, Riverside, Molino is currently serving as President and COO of the esteemed ARIA and Vdara luxury brands. She leads strategic efforts across sales, social media, marketing, HR, and guest experience. Her journey with MGM began in 2017, following her role as the first Counsel and Chief Counsel to former Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. Stepping into her new role, Molino will take over from Corey Sanders, who will step down on December 31, 2025.
