Aristocrat Leisure Limited, a top provider of lottery games, technology, and solutions, is expanding its footprint in North America. Recently, the company announced that its regulated online Real Money Gaming division, Aristocrat Interactive, signed a new agreement with the Michigan Lottery.
Aristocrat's iLottery solution supercharges the Michigan Lottery
In a press release, the company announced its alliance with the Michigan lottery operator to implement Aristocrat’s iLottery solution. The collaboration, launched under Aristocrat Interactive’s NeoGames, US, LLP, significantly enhances the Michigan Lottery's operations. This recent launch kicks off a six-year partnership with Aristocrat Interactive, building upon their initial collaboration in 2014. Under this exclusive agreement, Aristocrat Interactive will provide the Michigan Lottery with its iLottery technology until July 2032, with an option for six additional one-year extensions. Chris Shaban, Managing Director of Aristocrat Interactive iLottery, noted, Launching our full iLottery solution in Michigan is a major milestone in our 12-year partnership with one of the most successful lotteries in the US. He further emphasized that by introducing the latest technology and managed services, the Michigan Lottery is equipped to maintain its leadership in the iLottery space. Shaban also highlighted that the primary focus of this collaboration is to deliver engaging, seamless player experiences emphasizing responsible play while boosting funds for public education in Michigan.
The solution boosts efficiency and player experiences
With the new agreement in place, the Michigan Lottery stands to gain from Aristocrat Interactive's comprehensive iLottery ecosystem. This cutting-edge technology is crafted to boost customer engagement, improve operational efficiency, and promote responsible gaming. Included in the deal is an array of integrated technologies, such as NeoDraw, an intricate draw games system; NeoSphere, a robust player account management platform; and NeoEngage, a thorough customer and data experience solution. Additionally, the Michigan Lottery will gain from NeoCube, which offers advanced business intelligence and facilitates data-driven decision-making. In the span of this six-year agreement, Aristocrat has partnered with Gambyt, a software company specializing in innovative lottery services and technology, to develop a new website and mobile app for the Michigan Lottery.
