Sean Perry has filed a defamation lawsuit against Mikki Masse.

Mikki Mase, known as the baccarat whisperer, is facing a defamation lawsuit from fellow poker enthusiast and gambler Sean Perry. Mase, who claims to have been banned from every casino worldwide and to have amassed millions in winnings, has had a tense and turbulent relationship with Perry for quite some time. This lawsuit marks a significant escalation in their ongoing feud, coming just six months after Perry labeled Mase a fraud. As reported by YouTuber Spencer Cornelia, who delves into the lives of controversial gambling figures, Perry took legal action against Mase and several others, filing the lawsuit on August 29.

A lawsuit has been filed in Nevada's Clark County District Court, targeting not just Mikki Mase but also William Darnell Smith, known as Mazi, who previously worked for Perry, and Charlie Cavalier. The suit seeks unspecified financial damages and arises from Mikki Mase's claim that Sean Perry sexually assaulted a woman. This accusation surfaced during a heated discussion on Twitter Spaces, marking yet another clash between Perry and Mase, whose mutual animosity was palpable. In response to the allegations, Perry offered to take a lie detector test, confidently dismissing Mase's claims as bullshit. He even proposed a million-dollar wager, insisting vehemently that he had never sexually assaulted anyone, or committed any other form of assault.

Despite taking a lie detector test, Perry never shared the results with the public. Meanwhile, it's not just Mikki Mase who finds himself in legal trouble. Mazi has backed up the story, posting on social media and insisting it's true. Yet, Cornelia couldn't uncover any public evidence of such an event. Mazi has repeatedly voiced his allegations against Perry, at least a dozen times by now, as one can see from his social media feed. Still, concrete details remain elusive.
