The New Mexico Lottery taps into instant games and modern technology

Under the terms of a multi-year agreement, Scientific Games’ innovative technology and solutions are powering more than 1,000 retail outlets across the state. At the same time, the New Mexico Lottery is benefiting from the Scientific Games Enhanced Partnership instant game management program. The program offers comprehensive analytics features, bolsters retail operations and plays a major role in the development of product strategy. Ultimately, those benefits, combined with other efficiencies, drive game performance and enable the New Mexico Lottery to maximize the proceeds to education in the state. The alliance has resulted in the successful conversion of the Lottery’s operations, which now leverage Scientific Games’ Momentum ecosystem. The lottery operator is also benefitting from Scientific Games’ patented SciTrack instant game distribution system, its INFUSE business intelligence platform and gem | intelligence retailer licensing and managing portal. At the same time, the New Mexico Lottery will soon leverage the company’s innovative PlayCentral self-service machines and WAVE clerk-operated terminals, set to significantly bolster the operator’s retail network. Only recently, Scientific Games inked a technology deal with the Minnesota Lottery.

Finally, he said that the milestone agreement unlocks retail network operating benefits.
