Yggdrasil, an acclaimed provider of online casino slots, has expanded further afield in the German market after the company confirmed a new content alliance with Lottohelden, a local operator.
Yggdrasil slot games take another stride in the German iGaming market
Thanks to this new alliance, Yggdrasil will see over 100 of its dedicated titles delivered to the brand, among which are proprietary as well as YGG Masters program games. Among the more noteworthy titles are Vikings GO Berzerk, Multifly, and Valley of Gods, with the company continuing to innovate its offer and bring worthwhile experiences to its players. Commenting on the latest opportunity to scale its presence in one of the key regulated European markets, Yggdrasil's Head of Region - Europe, Phillip Taylor, had this to add: Our integration with Lottohelden in Germany marks another important step in expandingYggdrasilβs reach in key regulated markets. This milestone has been made possible through our strong relationship with Lottoland, with whom we have proudly partnered since 2016. The partnership further strengthens the supplierβs local footprint and allows it to capitalize on its established footprint and clout, delivering more worthwhile and tailored experiences to local audiences. Germany has been one of the most difficult markets for operators to break into and establish a sizeable presence in, with critics often citing restrictive advertising policies as the main deterrent. Despite this, brands have been tentatively expanding their offers, with suppliers no exception. Lottohelden VP of Gaming and Sports Betting, Daniel Ibing, was similarly pleased with the opportunity to see his company expand its clout. Germany is a highly regulated market, so it is important to work with suppliers that combine strong content with proven reliability and compliance expertise. Yggdrasilβs reputation in regulated jurisdictions made this partnership a natural fit, he added.
Yggdrasil maintains a global pace of expansion
Yggdraisl has been expanding its footprint well beyond the German market, as well, signing important and individual content partnerships with other prominent jurisdiction-specific brands. For example, the company entered a content alliance with bet.bg in Bulgaria, and it pushed further afield with Merkur in Serbia, strengthening its presence in the Balkans. Yggdrasil has also expanded well beyond Europe, with a content partnership in Brazil with multiple brands, including F12, Blaze, and Novibet.
