Located at the center of the Las Vegas Strip, ARIA Resort and Casino is renowned for its supreme offering, luxury accommodation and exceptional gaming options. Earlier this week, the go-to venue reaffirmed its reputation as a premier dining destination by introducing Gymkhana, the first Indian restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip.

Visitors to Gymkhana are in for a treat

The brand-new restaurant marks the first Gymkhana venue for the United States, too. Gymkhana's original home is Mayfair, London, UK, but its popularity as a Two Michelin-star restaurant makes it famous across the globe. To bring Gymkhana to the ARIA Resort and Casino, MGM Resorts International joined forces with JKS Restaurants co-founders Jyotin, Karam and Sunaina Sethi. Ultimately, Gymkhana's interiors are inspired by the glamour of Las Vegas and the intimacy of a London townhouse. This successful combination invites the guests into an iconic dining experience. Overall, Gymkhana at the ARIA Resort and Casino offers 175 seats and, according to a press release by the go-to Las Vegas hotel and casino resort, boasts rich jade green, polished dark timbers and brass accents inspired by the residential mansions of Kolkata. Floral detailing, Kashmiri chili red ceilings, carpets with gentle colors and luxury furnishings elevate the excitement and promise unforgettable experiences. Guests at Gymkhana can expect a range of signature dishes and a menu inspired by North India with hints of the South and West. The culinary menu is overseen by Gymkhana Las Vegas Executive Chef Srikant Kumar and consists of Appetizers, Kebabs & Tikkas, Curry & Biryani, and Sabzi. For the first time on the Las Vegas Strip, guests at Gymkhana will be able to taste favorite London dishes, including Morel Mushrooms & Truffle Pilaf, Tandoori Masala Lamb Chops, as well as Lasooni Wild Tiger Prawns, among others. Besides signature alcoholic cocktails, visitors can also tap into non-alcoholic offerings with twists on traditional Indian beverages.

The Indian fine dining venue is the result of years of hard work and dedication

Pavan Pardasani, JKS Restaurants' Global Chief Executive Officer, spoke with excitement about the opening of the new restaurant. We are grateful to work alongside renowned culinary leadership at MGM Resorts as we open Gymkhana in Las Vegas – one of the world's premier food cities, the executive said. Moreover, Pardasani pointed out: ARIA is the perfect stage for the restaurant's next chapter as we share the brand's deeply rooted Indian hospitality with a global audience that values exceptional cuisine, first-class service and memorable dining experiences that make them return time and again. Ari Kastrati, MGM Resorts' Chief Content, Hospitality and Development Officer, was similarly delighted. Bringing Gymkhana to ARIA has been years in the making, and we are honored to have this prestigious restaurant as part of our culinary portfolio, he said. Finally, Kastrati explained that MGM Resorts' collaboration with the JKS team seeks to bring the best-in-class lifestyle experience to the venue's guests and at the same time, expand Sin City's food and beverage landscape.
