The Game in Good Hands campaign primarily aims to raise consumer awareness and promote safe and responsible gambling, emphasizing support for at-risk individuals and groups. In a statement regarding the launch of this initiative, Bally’s CEO, Robeson Reeves, expressed the company's enthusiasm for this new effort to safeguard consumers. He stated, This initiative underscores Bally’s commitment to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all users of its gaming products worldwide. Bally's has a strong history of advocating for responsible gambling. As a member of the Responsible Online Gaming Association and the American Gaming Association, the company supports various efforts aimed at minimizing potential gambling-related harm. With a proactive approach to responsible gambling, Bally's prioritizes understanding and enhancing responsible gaming practices. The company implements numerous initiatives such as comprehensive employee training. In 2023, 9,000 employees dedicated 3,000 hours to learning about responsible gambling practices. Additionally, Bally’s provides player support tools to encourage responsible gambling. These tools, such as deposit limits and self-exclusion options, allow players to control their gaming exposure, especially if they feel they are spending excessively.
Bally’s and others scramble to strengthen RG measures
Bally's has also supported national initiatives like Responsible Gaming Education Month.
