Denevi named CCO, Kuwada and Ursa take CMO and COO roles

At the same time, Betr revealed that Alex Kuwada has been elevated to Chief Marketing Officer and Alex Ursa to Chief Operating Officer. Levy, the CEO and one of the founders of Betr, noted in a press release that Denevi and Ursa were the first two hires at the company. Each executive brings extensive experience

Betr currently operates several ventures, including Betr Social Sportsbook, Betr Social Casino, Betr Arcade, and Betr Picks. The company is well-regarded for its commitment to responsible gaming and holds licenses in numerous jurisdictions across the United States. Denevi, before being named Chief Commercial Officer, spent over four years as Head of Media. Prior to joining Betr, he dedicated more than ten years to Bleacher Report, ultimately serving as Director of Brand Strategy. Kuwada has been part of the Betr team for two years. In his newly elevated role as Chief Marketing Officer, he will be responsible for overseeing acquisition, retention, VIP operations, and other critical processes. His experience includes a six-year tenure at FanDuel, where he was last the Senior Director of Growth. Ursa stands out as Betr’s first hire and has significantly contributed to the company’s development over the past four years. Now as Chief Operating Officer, he will handle strategic product development and operations. Before stepping into his executive role at Betr, he spent nearly a decade at Flutter.
