"Betway and Manchester United strike a deal for training kit sponsorship"

Super Group, the parent company of Betway, has entered into a £20 million per season agreement focusing on Manchester United's training kit, according to reports. Neither Betway nor Manchester United have officially released details about the deal, and they probably won't. This marks the first time Manchester United has engaged a training kit partner since their partnership with Tezos concluded in June 2025. Speculation about this new partnership has been circulating for months. Despite growing restrictions on front-of-shirt sponsorships in the UK, training kits remain open for such deals, with both the men's and women's teams set to wear Betway-branded gear. Betway's branding will also appear around Old Trafford, the club's home ground. Manchester United’s Chief Business Officer, Marc Armstrong, noted the chance to bring the brands closer together. However, due to upcoming rule changes, matchday shirts will be excluded from such sponsorships for the new season starting soon.

Super Group is thrilled to engage with even more Premier League fans.

Super Group CEO Neal Menashe has expressed his views on the partnership, highlighting the Premier League as one of the world's most impactful platforms for connecting teams and fans. Meanwhile, Premier League teams will continue to have sleeve partnerships available.
