Boyd Gaming Corporation, a top operator with almost three dozen gaming and entertainment properties across 11 U.S. states, is strengthening its senior team through new appointments. On Thursday, the company revealed the addition of experienced executives George C. Roeth and Stacia J. Andersen to its Board of Directors.

The two executives bring decades of experience to Boyd Gaming's Board of Directors. Roeth boasts an impressive 27-year career with substantial expertise from various marketing and executive roles. His experience includes C-suite positions at The Clorox Company, where he served as co-Chief Operating Officer, among other roles. Before joining Boyd Gaming’s Board, he was CEO of Central Garden and Pet, a leading publicly traded company in pet and garden supplies. Currently, he is an Executive Advisor at Gryphon Investors Inc., a private investment firm managing over $10 billion in assets. Roeth also serves as the Lead Director of Oil-Drilling Corporation of America. Similarly, Andersen brings extensive senior-level experience. Before joining Boyd Gaming's Board, she was Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer at PetSmart LLC, a top pet supply retailer. Prior to joining PetSmart in 2019, Andersen was President of Abercrombie & Fitch and had a long career at Target Corporation spanning two decades. She currently sits on the Board of Directors at Wolverine World Wide, a leading footwear manufacturer. Earlier this year, Boyd Gaming reported strong first-quarter results, setting a positive tone for 2026.
