For the sixth consecutive year, the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Atlantic City has expressed gratitude to its employees by awarding substantial bonuses, recognizing their hard work and dedication that led to record-breaking achievements for the property in 2024. On Thursday, Hard Rock announced that $10 million in bonuses were distributed to both union and non-union team members at Hard Rock Atlantic City.
Employees received bonuses and other prizes
The premium Boardwalk entertainment casino resort celebrated its workforce by awarding them significant bonuses. During two Town Hall events, executives and leaders highlighted the contributions of Hard Rock Atlantic City employees, distributing $100,000 in cash and prizes in addition to regular bonuses. George Goldhoff, President of Hard Rock Atlantic City, acknowledged the venue's success in 2024, attributing much of it to the invaluable efforts of the team members. Today's Town Hall celebrates our Hard Rock family's hard work and dedication, and we are grateful for their incredible contributions, he stated. During these sessions, Jim Allen, Chairman of Hard Rock International, congratulated the hotel's employees and management. He emphasized that the bonuses and additional prizes demonstrate the company’s appreciation for its devoted employees, who have been pivotal in providing exceptional experiences for visitors. 2024 was a record-breaking year in many aspects for Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City, and we want to honor the team members whose hard work made this possible, remarked Allen. He further detailed, We set records in overall profit, market share, hotel occupancy, slot win and table games drop. We also achieved record-breaking numbers in conventions, food and beverage, entertainment, spa, and hotel room sales. Recently, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Bristol in Virginia announced the opening of its poker room on February 7, 2025.
