Nevertheless, they soon stumbled upon an online news article that reported a $2 million FAST PLAY winning ticket had been purchased at Mutt’s Liquors. Reflecting on the experience, the winner remarked, That was the liquor store where I bought the ticket. I knew it had to be it.
