A lucky player purchased his ticket at Echuca Lucky Lotto, located at 196 Hare Street in Echuca. The man participated in TattsLotto draw number 4589 on July 12, 2025. The winning numbers were 36, 9, 37, 35, 23, and 29, and the supplementary numbers were 20 and 31. The man's entry was one of seven division one winning entries across Australia, each worth exactly AU$919,034.33. This win is the first of such magnitude in the Goulburn Valley area this year. The northern Victorian man's entry was not registered. Had it been registered, The Lott would have contacted the winner to inform him of the prize. Instead, the lottery organization had to wait for the lucky player to come forward.
