The UFC is planning to develop the last 35 acres of its land.

Currently, the UFC headquarters, Performance Institute, and Meta Apex facility are the only venues constructed by the promotion, but this might soon change. UFC SVP & COO Lawrence Epstein, responding to a media report, noted that around 35 acres remain untapped by the company. The Meta Apex facility recently underwent an upgrade, expanding its capacity to host 1,300 people. New features include a second-floor mezzanine for 90 guests, state-of-the-art kitchens, larger LED screens, retractable bleachers, and more.

Ideas have been suggested, but a concrete plan hasn't been settled on yet.

UFC President and CEO Dana White has confirmed that they are indeed planning to utilize the properties and land the organization owns. Originally, this was meant to be a studio for fights, but now we have an arena that we're considering expanding, so who knows, he remarked. While Epstein didn't provide specifics about future developments, he hinted at several possibilities, including a hotel and further expansion with the UFC's TKO partner, WWE.
