The fortunate Echuca man holds one out of a total of four division one winning entries from TattsLotto's draw 4625 from Saturday, November 15, 2025. The winning numbers from the drawing in question were 36, 19, 33, 41, 39 and 1, while the supplementary numbers were 25 and 20. Interestingly, all four of the division one winning entries were purchased by Victoria residents. Each of the winners stands to receive a whopping $1,669,495.54 ($1.08m) jackpot. In 2025, so far, division one winning entries have hit 377. Undoubtedly, TattsLotto is one of the players' favorite games, considering that in FY25, it made 165 millionaires across the country.

The fortunate Echuca man's winning entry was purchased at Echuca Lucky Lotto, located at 196 Hare Street in Echuca. His identity wasn't publicly disclosed. The Lott contacted the lucky winner to notify him of the jackpot. As it turns out, the man already knew he scored the top prize after checking his ticket on Sunday after driving to Bunnings. When I looked, I thought, ‘f***! I’ve got six numbers!’. I went all fuzzy. I don’t know, my head is still spinning, the lucky winner said. What's peculiar about the Echuca man's win is that he used the same numbers from a recent drawing. What’s funny is I had that ticket in a previous TattsLotto draw. It didn’t win, but something told me to take that ticket back and put it on again for the weekend, the man explained. With the thought of winning the top prize sinking in, the lucky man admitted that this lottery win changes everything. We’re debt-free! I’ll pay off the house, maybe reduce the days I work and buy a new car, the winner exclaimed. Equally as important, the man said that he will celebrate with his family.
