Boyd Gaming and IGT team up for three more years in Nevada
Under the terms of the new three-year agreement, the former company will supply its leading betting technology to enhance Boyd Gaming's retail and mobile sports betting operations in Nevada. This latest collaboration builds on the success the two companies have experienced since their initial sports technology partnership in 2018. In addition to using IGT's award-winning IGT PlaySports platform, Boyd Gaming will also incorporate IGT's PlaySports Kiosks technology. This advancement will enable the leading gaming and hospitality operator to continue offering exceptional experiences at its 10 retail betting venues throughout Nevada. Earlier this month, IGT announced that its games awarded three $1 million+ jackpots in May alone. Lucky gamblers who played the company's Powerbucks and Wheel of Fortune games won significant prizes, with the largest jackpot exceeding $1.8 million.
